Design Capabilities

Engineering is aided through the use of PRO_E and AUTOCAD for both part and mold designs. PRO_E and AUTOCAD files are used to generate CNC programs for prototyping and mold production. We also utilize professional subcontract mold designers to expedite mold designs and utilize their specific capabilities. Use of subcontract mold designers is evaluated based on current workload and the intricacy of the project.
IGES solid model or surface files are often transfered from our customers into PRO_E, AUTOCAD,or our CAM package (MasterCam)
to create CNC to machine cavities and cores.
