IVP has a modern, air-conditioned, 54000 square ft facility. Built in April of 1992 the original building was 25,400 square ft which was expanded to 40,000 in late 1994, and again to 52,000 in early 2000 , an office expansion in late 2003 added an additional 2000 square ft. The facility provides an excellent working environment for employees and is efficiently designed for product flow and operating cost control. The building is fully sprinklered and insulated to R-38 in the ceiling. A 160 ton air conditioning system provides a clean filtered air flow through out the facility and positive air pressure during the summer months. Our cooling tower system provides clean and efficient equipment cooling capabilities. A central chiller system installed in late 2001 provides regulated chilled water for processing. The plant utilizes only four of twenty acres allowing for future expansion .
